After a years hiatus, St Ives Food Festival approached us to refresh their brand for 2025 and beyond. With a rich history as one of Cornwall’s most anticipated food and drink events, they wanted a bold new identity that would capture the festival’s energy while staying true to its coastal roots.

Our design team refined the branding to reflect what the festival is all about this year—full of colour, flavour, and energy. The slight brand refresh aimed to bring excitement back to the identity. A festival is about celebration, and that guided our decision-making throughout the process. The newly introduced logo mark takes a playful approach to a lobster—one of Cornwall’s most prized symbols—while also nodding to St Ives’ deep artistic heritage. The colour palette reflects the stunning coastal surroundings, and the chosen typefaces bring a lighthearted yet considered feel, reinforcing the fun and vibrant atmosphere of this year’s festival.

Alongside the rebrand, we delivered a full suite of marketing assets, including social media management, content creation, website design and development, and the design of all event POS. Our social media team has been diving into the festival archives, collaborating with talented photographers to unearth incredible memories from past events, ensuring this year’s storytelling is rich and engaging.

The 2025 festival is shaping up to be unforgettable, with an incredible Fire Pit chef demo lineup featuring Ashley Palmer-Watts, Tom Browne, Kathy Slack, and more, bringing their skills to the beachside stage. The Sunset Sessions music lineup is also packed with talent—this year’s festival is not one to miss!

We’ve worked closely with the teams at WaffleComms and MissionCode to ensure a seamless rollout of the new brand, helping to set the stage for St Ives Food Festival’s exciting return.
